Chloë Grace Moretz has blown fans away - while herself looking a little blown away. The Kick-Ass actress has been shouting out one of her favorite non-humans on Instagram, posting a throwback of herself from a beach and with her dog, and gaining over 300,000 likes for the snap. Moretz, 24, has already been impressing fans this year by straddling an egg chair in high heels for Wonderland. Lower-key was this shot, a black-and-white one with pet pooch Salem. Check it out below.

Doggy Time Is The Best Time

Scroll for the snap. Salem Sirius Moretz, who has his own Instagram account and 1,400+ followers, was born in 2017. The German Shepherd featured in an Instagram share uploaded by Moretz last month, one showing her solo on a beach, crouching down to stroke her dog, and smiling as the wind blew her blonde hair around.

Casually outfitted in a dark jacket, sweatpants, plus worn sneakers, the blonde stunned fans, writing: "My little beach boy, awhile back." Emily In Paris actress Lily Collins quickly left a like.

Moretz is also a dog mommy to Ruby and Pearl, this after she made 2018 headlines for sadly saying goodbye to pooch Missy. Taking to social media to mark the loss, the actress told fans:

“I will forever miss you my beautiful girl. You shared 14 unforgettable years with this family, ❤️ and our love for you is ever growing. May your beautiful soul Rest In Peace among the stars ✨. Forever Our little girl, Missy Moretz.” More photos after the snap.

One year earlier, it was the same story as the SK-II spokesperson laid dog Isabella to rest.

"Our baby girl Isabella Moretz passed away today," she wrote on Instagram, adding: "Losing your light in this world tears my heart into pieces. You gave us the gift of the most beautiful 16 years with you."

"I'll never forget how, when you barked, your entire body would jump backwards because you were so tiny," she continued while offering a video share. "It was the most incredibly adorable thing ever."

Life's Looking Up

Chloë might have been unlucky on the pet front, but plenty is looking good for the Let Me In Abby star.

Alongside fronting skincare giant SK-II (the brand is also fronted by gymnast Simone Biles), Moretz is the face of Louis Vuitton eyewear. Her February 2021 Shape cover also proved the magazines are still waiting in line to profile her.

2021 brings the actress in The Addams Family 2 and Mother/Android. She's also filming TV series The Peripheral and movie Love Is A Gun, still in pre-production.
